What's the purpose of the ScienceHound Science Fair?

Using the power of the internet to its advantage, the ScienceHound Science Fair was created and designed in order to achieve the following goals:

    * stimulate greater interest in science.
    * recognize and reward scientific talent.
    * stimulate interest in scientific investigation over and above routine class work.
    * offer all participants a great opportunity to demonstrate their scientific talent.
    * provide constructive comments, feedback and suggestions to all teachers and students.
    * allow parents to participate more actively in the science fair process.
