Top 3 science projects on the last day of every month receives a BLUE ribbon

If you win a BLUE ribbon for 3 months in a row, your project will be awarded a GOLD ribbon

On January 31, 2006, The Hound, Mentors and other ScienceHound.com judges will pick 3 ScienceHound.com Champions from amongst all GOLD ribbon projects. Results to be announced on February 15, 2006.
