You'll need at least 6 pots of plants - all of the same species/age/size.

Place batches of 3 pots in different 2 rooms at the same temperature. Each room as different lighting conditions...but of the same intensity. you may need a photometer to measure the light intensity to ensure that it's the same - and only the type of light is different.

Give the plants the same amount of water over a period of 2 weeks. Then measure the length of the stalks. Take the average growth for the plants in each room, and you'll have your results.

why not try writing up your experiment in the science projects section?

Ok That quite dint help me, but thats ok. I guess i need to explain myself a little better. I Can't find a wattage bulb that heats the ground equal to the sun heating the ground. Cant you tell me which one is the best. thank you. Hey one more thing my teacher said i needed a total of 10 plants 5 outside and 5 inside not just 2. She said the more plants the better. Now, I dont want to buy the plants I want to plant them myself. How can i do that do i buy a a small pot fill it up to the middle with soil put in a bean and fill the rest with more soil, and than add some water? Please help me respond to me as soon as possible.
