Hypothesis:

I believe that I can modulate light from light emitting diode using and 8 ohm earphone with a hand held radio.

Materials:

LED light
hand held radio with 8 ohm earphone

The Procedure:

put the LED light with in a few inches of the the earphone. Focus the light into a narrow beam.
